I loved my epidural! Especially since I had to have an emergency c section and was able to be conscious to meet my baby boy! My hospital is wonderful and tries to make c sections more like birth- my arms were free to hold my baby while I was still being operated on! Without having the epidural I would have been put under general anesthesia which would have made a difficult and scary situation worse.
