Mystery Shopping 101: Better Than Couponing

I’m sure you’ve heard of mystery shopping, but do you really know what it’s all about? Did you know it could save you lots of money? Let us take the mystery out of mystery shopping for you.

MysteryShopping101

Would you love to have your groceries paid for? What about not having to budget in that pesky oil change? Don’t usually remember to set aside money for date night? No problem! In this episode, an 8 year mystery shopping veteran tells us how to get all this paid for by someone else. Think of it as another way of couponing . . . better than couponing.

You can do it for:

  • entertainment
  • vacation
  • car maintenance
  • clothes shopping
  • food
  • . . . so many possibilities.  Shop, provide feedback to the company you are shopping for, and get some of your expenses paid. It’s a win, win!

I really liked reading about the Mystery Shopping. I stopped over from Better Blogs and would love to learn how to connect in order to participate in the mystery shopping to have the benefits paid for as you stated in your blog. Do you have companies you could recommend partnering with?

Thanks for visiting Shirley! Yes, I would actually recommend listening to the podcast. (you can find us by searching “Everything Stay At Home Mom” on iTunes, Stitcher, or Blog Talk Radio) I tend to write a short post to introduce the podcast for the week, so most of the content is in the podcast. I need to catch up on listing the resources mentioned on the show in our Podcast resource page. I’ll get that done next week (I’m traveling this week) and let you know. Our guest for the show was Melissa from http://thecouponchronicles.com/ She has been doing it for 8+ years. She has a tab on her website that lists a few resources.
